Our Story

Johana's Cleaning Services LLC is owned and run by Blanca Jerez & Johana Gonzalez. We are based at 107 Allan St in Cortlandt Manor, and we started the way most good local businesses do — one home at a time, with word spreading from one neighbor to the next. We still run our own routes and we are on the job ourselves.

What began as house cleaning has grown to cover both sides of the property. Today we handle recurring residential cleaning, first-time deep cleans, move-in and move-out cleaning, post-construction cleanup after remodels and build-outs, and ongoing office and commercial cleaning for medical suites and workspaces.

Co-owner Blanca Jerez is a certified Professional House Cleaner through the American House Cleaners Association, which covers cleaning chemistry, safety, and professional standards. That matters more than most people realize — the wrong product on natural stone, sealed hardwood, or a new finish causes damage that cannot be undone. We match the cleaner to the surface, every time.
